Hellstar Hoodie Buying Guide: What to Check Before You Order

Hellstar hoodies aren’t cheap, so it’s worth a few minutes of checking before you pay. This is the list we’d go through ourselves, whether you buy from us or anywhere else.

1. Know which design you’re buying

Hellstar has a lot of similar-sounding hoodies. Look at every photo on the product page, front and back. Some designs keep the main print on the back, and some colors look different on different screens. Our hoodie styles guide and color guide explain the main designs.

2. Get the size right

Hellstar hoodies are cut with a relaxed, roomy fit, but styles vary. Compare the size chart on the product page with a hoodie you already own and like. 3. Check the seller, not just the price

Fakes exist, especially for popular designs. A few things to look for in any store:

• A clear returns policy you can actually read before buying.
• A real way to contact the seller, such as an email address that gets answered.
• Real photos of the product, not just one small image.
• A price that isn’t wildly lower than everywhere else.

Look closely at the print and stitching in the photos: a genuine Hellstar print has clean, sharp edges.

4. Understand the costs

Most Hellstar hoodies we sell are between about $170 and $240. Check whether shipping is extra and what returns cost. With us, shipping is free on every US order, and returns are accepted within 7 days (return fees apply; see our refund policy).

5. Think about what you’ll wear it with

A black or grey hoodie works with almost everything. Bright colors look best with plain bottoms. If you like a full set, check whether the design has matching sweatpants or comes as a tracksuit.

6. Look after it

Wash cold and inside out, and hang to dry. Heat is what fades prints and shrinks cotton, so skip the dryer and don’t iron over the graphic.
